I went to Napier’s LGBT network launch yesterday evening. Lots of good things:

• deep conversations, most of which can’t be repeated here
• some new (to me) ideas about diversity
• encountering an HR person who didn’t give me the fear
• rainbow cake (sadly not vegan or FODMAP friendly)
• learning that my alma mata is pretty hot on diversity too

But the most picturesque (not saying its the best) take-away is now adorning my MTB-SPD shoes. Shiny, happy, diversity!
